The TEN Dynamic Digital Event comes in a range of sizes, with each audience built according to your needs from an agreed pool of target industries, accounts and personas. All content production, audience generation and event delivery is led by us. The event is fully dynamic and interactive, delivered using an audio and video collaboration platform that enables two-way participation for all. The event comprises a short opening talk, stimulus question for intimate breakout discussion rooms for small groups, then a panel session, all independently facilitated. Guests go away with robust practical examples, fresh insights and powerful new connections.

- Pre-event discovery meetings (optional): registered guests are invited to have a 1-2-1 meeting with your expert prior to the event to discuss challenges and approaches
- Post-event contact details: within 30 minutes of the event ending, contact details are provided to you for all registered guests
- Post-event discussion group: an online group exclusively for attendees to continue the conversation, share content and make connections with other group members

Founded in 2000, TEN was created to solve the quality problem in the events business. Too many events were generating too few genuinely senior prospects and were overrun by solution providers. We’ve made it our life’s work to deliver consistently excellent event experiences for guests and clients alike, requiring all participants to meet the required level of seniority and influence and only working with one or two clients per project.
It sometimes looks like magic, but it’s not. We simply apply a level of rigour to content creation, background and invitee research, guest recruitment and event delivery that produces audiences of the highest quality. Ben Crangle, Leadership, Marketing and Strategy
Ben founded the company in 2000 and has led it ever since. He is responsible for TEN’s strategic direction, day to day operations, management and marketing.
Louise Wise, Client and Guest Management
Following 18 years in media as a creative solutions, partnerships and client management executive, Louise joined TEN in 2020 to lead client and guest liaison, project management and event delivery.
Dr Martin Hall, Content Research and Development
Following 20 years teaching and managing in higher education, Martin brought the research skills learnt there to TEN in 2019. He leads on content creation and related research and development, overseeing event topics, intelligence reports and other original material.
Monique Millington, Sales and Commercial
Having previously led sales at TEN from 2002-2008, Monique spent a decade running her own business before re-joining in 2017. She leads on sales and commercial development, identifying client needs and aligning them to the right activity for their demand generation.
Navneet Kaya (freelance), Data Research
After managing operations, memberships and customer operations from 2004-2009, Nav returned in 2018 to lead on data research, building invitation lists matched to client requirements.
